Come ashore to a light-filled grounded place. Find the power of coming into womanhood with integrity, self-compassion, and kindness. Learn to know how you shine or your true value and the value of your peers. Gain skills to encourage and support your peers and receive their support as well. Discover that you are not alone in your struggle to find a peaceful and respectful way to communicate.
You will be led through group and individual exercises to aid you in knowing and being your best self. You will be guided in finding self-compassion as well as compassion for others. As a group, you will gain skills to see the best in your peers and in yourself. You will learn how to support and lift each other up. You will learn how to communicate respectfully and be respected by your peers.
